Privacy Policy

Last updated

This Privacy Policy describes how California Dental Implants Specialists (“we,” “us”) collects, uses, and shares information when you visit www.699dentalimplants.com (the “Site”) or submit information through it. This policy covers the Site only; records related to dental care you receive at our offices are maintained separately and are subject to applicable healthcare privacy requirements.

Information we collect

Information you provide

When you submit a contact or appointment-request form, we collect the information you enter: typically your name, email address, phone number, preferred office location, whether you are a new patient, and anything you write in the message field. If you call us, we collect the information you share on the call, and calls may be recorded for quality purposes where permitted by law.

Please do not submit detailed medical or health information through website forms. The forms exist to start a conversation and schedule visits — clinical details belong in your appointment, where they are handled as part of your care record.

Information collected automatically

Like most websites, the Site's infrastructure logs technical data such as IP address, browser type, device information, pages viewed, and referring pages. If analytics or advertising measurement tools are configured on the Site, they may set cookies or similar technologies that collect usage information; you can limit cookies through your browser settings.

To check that pages load quickly, the Site samples page-speed measurements (load time, layout stability, and responsiveness) from some visits. Each sample records only the page address without its query string and whether the device is a phone or a desktop — no IP address, cookie, or other identifier.

To understand which pages help patients reach us, the Site counts a few actions: tapping a phone number, opening directions, choosing to schedule a consultation, and sending a consultation request. Each count records only the action, the page address without its query string, the office involved, and the date — no IP address, cookie, form contents, or other identifier.

If you use the question box on the search or FAQ pages, the question you type is sent to Cloudflare Workers AI to generate a short answer from this Site's own pages. We do not store your question or use it for anything else. Please don't include personal health details; for questions about your own care, call your office.

How we use information

  • To respond to your inquiries and schedule or confirm appointments
  • To send you information you have requested
  • To send text messages where you have expressly consented — appointment texts and, separately, marketing texts (see below)
  • To operate, secure, and improve the Site
  • To comply with legal obligations

Text message (SMS) terms

Our forms offer two separate, optional text-message programs. Each has its own consent choice, neither is pre-selected, and you can join one without the other. You can submit a consultation request without consenting to either SMS program:

  • Request and appointment texts — replies to your consultation request, scheduling, appointment confirmations and reminders, sent only if you separately choose to receive appointment-related text messages.
  • Marketing texts — promotional offers and marketing follow-ups about dental implant consultations, sent only if you separately choose to receive marketing text messages. Appointment-text consent does not authorize marketing texts.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help or STOP to opt out; you will receive one final message confirming your opt-out, and no further texts will be sent unless you opt in again. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase or of receiving care. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

For help, reply HELP, call (714) 418-4480, or email info@699dentalimplants.com. You can also opt out any time via our unsubscribe page. Full program terms are in our Terms & Conditions.

How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who process it on our behalf, under agreements that limit their use of it:

  • Cloudflare — website hosting, content delivery, security, delivery of form-submission email, and (Workers AI) generating answers to questions typed into the Site's question box
  • Our text-messaging service provider — delivery of the text messages you have opted in to receive
  • Analytics and advertising-measurement providers, if and when configured on the Site
  • Professional advisers or authorities where required by law

Mobile information and text-messaging consent are never shared. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service or message delivery, is permitted. All of the categories above exclude text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

Data retention

We retain form submissions and related correspondence for as long as needed to respond to you, maintain business records, and meet legal obligations, and then delete or de-identify them. Technical logs are retained for shorter operational periods.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information we hold about you by contacting us using the details below. We will verify your request and respond within the timeframes required by applicable law.

California privacy rights (CCPA/CPRA)

If you are a California resident, you have the right to:

  • Know the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected about you
  • Request deletion of your personal information, subject to legal exceptions
  • Request correction of inaccurate personal information
  • Opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information — we do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising except through any advertising-measurement tools disclosed above
  • Not be discriminated against for exercising any of these rights

To exercise these rights, contact us using the details below. You may designate an authorized agent to act for you; we will verify the request as the law allows.

Children

The Site is a general-audience website intended for adults seeking dental care information. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through the Site.
