These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of www.699dentalimplants.com (the “Site”), operated by California Dental Implants Specialists. By using the Site you accept these Terms; if you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

The Site is educational — not medical advice

Content on the Site, including treatment descriptions, recovery timelines, and cost information, is provided for general education only. It is not dental or medical advice, does not account for your individual circumstances, and does not replace an examination by a licensed dentist. Reading the Site, submitting a form, or communicating with our team online does not create a doctor–patient relationship; that relationship begins with an examination at one of our offices.

Never disregard professional advice or delay seeking it because of something you read on the Site. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911.

Appointments and communications

Submitting a form is a request, not a confirmed appointment; appointments are confirmed when our team contacts you. We send text messages only to people who consent as described below; the program terms below apply.

Text messaging (SMS) program

California Dental Implants Specialists offers two optional text-message programs, each joined separately through its own unselected consent choice on our website or Facebook/Instagram lead forms. Submitting a request does not by itself grant SMS consent:

Request and appointment texts — replies to your request, scheduling, appointment confirmations and reminders, sent only after you separately opt in to appointment-related texts.
Marketing texts — promotional offers and marketing follow-ups about dental implant consultations, sent only after you separately opt in to marketing texts. Neither program is required to request a consultation or receive care.

By opting in, you agree to these terms:

Message frequency varies.
Message and data rates may apply.
Reply HELP for help, or contact us at (714) 418-4480 or info@699dentalimplants.com.
Reply STOP to opt out at any time. You will receive one final message confirming you have been unsubscribed, and no further texts will be sent unless you opt in again. Replying STOP ends all text messages from us; to stop only marketing texts, contact us directly.
Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase or of receiving care.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

How we handle your information is described in our Privacy Policy. Mobile information and text-messaging opt-in data are never shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. You can also opt out through our unsubscribe page.

Offers and pricing

Promotional offers described on the Site — including the $699 dental implant offer — are subject to the inclusions, exclusions, and eligibility requirements stated with the offer. The $699 offer covers the titanium implant post, the implant consultation exam, and X-rays; the CT scan, abutment, crown, and sedation are priced separately. Candidacy is determined at a consultation, and additional procedures some patients require are quoted separately in writing. Offers may be modified or withdrawn; the terms presented with the offer at the time you redeem it control.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Site — including attempting to interfere with its operation, submitting false or automated form entries, scraping content for republication, or using the Site for any unlawful purpose.

Intellectual property

The Site's content — text, graphics, logos, and imagery — belongs to California Dental Implants Specialists or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark law. You may view and print pages for personal, non-commercial use; any other reproduction or distribution requires our written permission.

Third-party links and services

The Site may link to third-party websites, including financing partners. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, terms, or privacy practices. Financing is provided by third parties, subject to their approval processes and terms — not ours.

Disclaimer of warranties

The Site is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, regarding the Site, including warranties of accuracy, availability, and fitness for a particular purpose. We work to keep content current, but we do not warrant that every page is complete or error-free at all times.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, California Dental Implants Specialists will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, and any disputes arising from them are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in California.

Changes

We may revise these Terms from time to time; the date at the top of this page reflects the latest revision. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
